CAPM® Certification Training Course

Course Overview

Passing the PRINCE2 Agile Foundation or PRINCE2 Foundation test is required to receive the PRINCE2 Agile Practitioner credential. The certification in PRINCE2 Agile Foundation has no prerequisites.

 

What you will learn

Following completion of this CAPM Certification program, you will be able to:

basic understanding of the ideas, principles, and techniques of project management

knowledge of the various project management procedures (i.e. cost management, scheduling, quality management, etc.)

the capacity to use your data analytics expertise in actual business situations

knowledge of organizational theories and different leadership styles


Course Structure

This program, which is connected to PMI standards, addresses all important project management ideas, tools, and processes in order to prepare you for CAPM certification. Core management topics such project scheduling, resource management, cost management, project communications, and risk management will be studied by the students. You will be trained through scenarios and case studies that represent real-world industry difficulties in order to provide you with useful, "job-ready" abilities. This will help you develop the foundational experience you need to pursue entry-level employment in the sector. You will graduate from the course with 23 PDUs, a certificate of completion, and the skills required to apply for and pass the CAPM certification exam.


Who is this course for?

People interested in taking this course should possess the following:

  • A secondary degree and at least 1,500 hours of experience working on professional projects, such as a high school diploma, an associate's degree, or an equivalent

  • A secondary credential, which is the equivalent of a high school diploma, and at least 23 hours of formal project management instruction.
