Eligibility

IT service managers who run IT-enabled services or are pursuing the ITIL Managing Professional (MP) designation will benefit from taking this course. The ITIL Specialist certification is most appropriate for professionals who want to further their knowledge in IT service management, ITSM managers, ITSM practitioners managing IT-enabled products and services, those in charge of the end-to-end delivery of IT-enabled products and services, and ITIL qualification holders.

Pre-requisites

Learners must possess a high school diploma or an undergraduate degree. Additionally, they had to be ITIL 4 Foundation certified.
