Overview:
The goal of Simplilearn's PRINCE2® Foundations and Practitioner Short
Course is to improve one's project management-related abilities, strategy, and
workflow.
Students will study the various aspects of PRINCE2®, including its
principles and methods of adoption, in a single course that has 21 sessions. A
project's technical techniques for starting, guiding, initiating, and managing
will also be covered. Practices like themes (areas of the project management
process that must be continuously addressed) and technical procedures will also
be covered. You'll be well prepared to take the PRINCE2® Foundations Exam and
subsequently earn the PRINCE2® Practitioner certification through practical

goal of the PRINCE2® Foundations and Practitioner Short Course is to enhance
one's present project management abilities. Students will gain knowledge of how
to better structure the project management process, have a controlled start,
middle, and end stage, assure consistency and quality, and manage potential
risks, among other things, using the methodologies of the PRINCE2® framework.
The course's conclusion will also cover the best practices for implementing the
PRINCE2® framework within your company.
After
completing this course, students will be equipped with the skills and knowledge
needed to pass both the PRINCE2® Foundations and Practitioner tests. As a
result, AXELOS certifies your growing project management expertise through its
certification programs. Students will also receive a certificate of completion
for the course as well as 35 PDUs (blended learning) or 31 PDUs (self-paced).
